We reserve the right to amend our pricing or services with notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Respond to requests for clarification or additional documentation in a timely manner.
Review all completed work and raise any concerns promptly.

4. Confidentiality

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. In general:

Monthly packages are payable in advance.
Ad hoc or one-off services may require a deposit.
Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

6. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your ongoing services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are breached, including non-payment or misuse of our services.

7. Liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

Any losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Penalties incurred due to missed HMRC deadlines if we were not provided with the required information in a timely manner.
